Eastwind School of Holistic Healing
Eastwind School of Holistic Healing located in Iowa City changed their name to East-West School of Integrative Healing Arts in the Spring of 2008 when they moved to their new and much larger location in North Liberty, Iowa. (Located in the CORE fitness Building & Wellness Center located on Hwy 965)
Even though the school continues to hold the legal name of Eastwind School of Holistic Healing, it is no longer used. We feel the new name, East-West School of Integrative Healing Arts better describes the type of school we are and our mission. The school was established in 1996 by two psychologists passionate for energy healing and shiatsu, and changed hands in 2006.
The school has since added many styles of Western Massage to the curriculum along with advanced business courses, extra clinics, more electives and a larger more experienced staff with over 200 years of combined experience.
Our goal as a massage school is to integrate both Eastern and Western styles of massage and other healing arts into the lives of those around us both in our community and beyond.
