A MASSAGE OASIS INTERNSHIP PROGRAM & JOB PLACEMENT: East-West School has a very successful sister company, A Massage Oasis, LLC, which has two locations in the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and two NEW locations in the new $70 million dollar University of Iowa Campus Recreation & Wellness Center(CRWC) in downtown Iowa City, with additional locations planned by the end of 2010. This spa was nominated Business of the Year in 2009. These locations offer massage to staff, faculty, students, patients and guests. We are the only school in the state to be awarded this honor & contract. We offer special internships that allow top students the opportunity to be trained at and placed directly into a job as an independent contractor with steady income once they have become licensed.
